Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is entrusted to the carrier, the latter assumes full responsibility for its transit. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the customer is invited to contact the carrier directly to file a claim in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Inspection upon Delivery: It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery. If any damage or anomalies are noted, the customer must:

  • Note their observations on the delivery slip or refuse the package.

  • Inform the carrier and our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing proof (photos, detailed descriptions).

Signature upon Delivery: To ensure secure delivery, we offer a delivery option requiring a signature upon receipt. This option, available for an additional fee, ensures that the package is handed over directly to the recipient or an authorized person.

  • If this option is selected during checkout, the carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery.

  • In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package.

  • This option may result in additional delivery times, depending on the recipient's availability and the carrier's logistical constraints.

  • If this option is not selected, we decline all responsibility for loss or theft after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • By selecting free shipping instead of a paid delivery option, standard shipping without signature will be applied.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FEES MushUp offers free shipping in Quebec and Ontario on orders of $59 and more before taxes. However, this offer applies only to standard delivery zones served by our regular carriers.

For regions considered remote or with limited access by carriers (specific postal codes, rural areas, Northern Quebec, etc.), additional shipping fees may apply regardless of the order amount. In such cases, MushUp will contact the customer to inform them of the actual fees. The customer will then have the choice to pay the difference or cancel their order for a full refund.
