Our Montreal-based company is guided by the belief that health starts with what you eat. This unique beverage brings the benefits of medicinal mushrooms from our forests into our most precious daily routine — COFFEE!
Our founder Maëva and her partner Isabelle work exclusively with local micro-roasters and mycologists. They ensure that MushUp's eco-responsible values and mission are always reflected in the taste and design of this premium-grade coffee, crafted to support the daily challenges of its devotees.
Months of research, questioning, testing, experimentation, and tasting
All to create the best possible coffee for everyone's well-being! How? As a team, developing the best technique for infusing whole coffee beans with powerful mushroom extracts. Since 2019, MushUp has been led by a team of dedicated entrepreneurs committed to delivering unique and beneficial products, from packaging to tasting.

Mushrooms with Super Powers
REISHI
Known as the "Mushroom of Immortality," it is a natural calming agent and immune booster with adaptogenic properties. It grows notably on dead trees in Quebec, in temperate, subtropical, and tropical regions.
CORDYCEPS
This mushroom, native to Tibet, provides power, endurance, and physical vitality by improving blood oxygenation and post-exercise recovery. Known for its stimulating, toning, and aphrodisiac properties.
CHAGA
Nicknamed the "King of Mushrooms," this powerful antioxidant is also a detoxifier that strengthens the immune system. It fights free radicals, inflammation, and oxidative stress. It grows on white birch trees in Quebec.
Turkey Tail - Coriolus Versicolor
Coriolus grows year-round in temperate wooded areas. It stimulates the immune system and may help inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
Lion's Mane - Hydne hérisson
Native to North America, Europe, and Asia, it promotes nerve growth factor (NGF). Beneath its pom-pom appearance, it is a powerful cognitive stimulant, supporting focus, creativity, and memory.

Maëva
Founder and President of MushUp
Through an unconventional path, Maëva has devoted herself to accumulating diverse experiences. With a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Master's in Sustainable Development, she has infused her environmental and humanistic values into the various projects she has led.
A true jack-of-all-trades with wide-ranging interests, she has worked in various fields, from community organizations to team management and the creation of urban agriculture products. A naturalist at heart, endowed with boundless curiosity and an adventurous spirit, she decided to channel her ambition into her love of flavours by launching MushUp, which has captivated with its unprecedented offerings.
Isabelle
Director of Operations
With several years of management experience and creativity stemming from her background in television production, Isabelle has put these assets front and center, channelling her epicurean tastes to develop innovative food businesses. Her passion for uncompromising culinary pleasures is matched by a commitment to eco-responsible choices, all reflected in a thoughtful ecological footprint. With her contagious smile and unparalleled mastery of multitasking, Isabelle completes the team with her dynamism, diverse skills, and refined palate.
