Our Montreal-based company is driven by a profound conviction: health begins on your plate... and in your cup!

MushUp was born from the ambition to marry the benefits of medicinal mushrooms from our forests with our most precious daily ritual: coffee.

We work in exclusive collaboration with local micro-roasters and mycologists. Together, we ensure that MushUp’s eco-responsible values and mission are reflected in every bean. The result? A premium specialty coffee designed to support our community through their daily challenges, without ever compromising on taste.

Known as the "Mushroom of Immortality," it is a natural calming agent and immune booster with adaptogenic properties. It grows notably on dead trees in Quebec, in temperate, subtropical, and tropical regions.

CORDYCEPS

This mushroom, native to Tibet, provides power, endurance, and physical vitality by improving blood oxygenation and post-exercise recovery. Known for its stimulating, toning, and aphrodisiac properties.

CHAGA

Nicknamed the "King of Mushrooms," this powerful antioxidant is also a detoxifier that strengthens the immune system. It fights free radicals, inflammation, and oxidative stress. It grows on white birch trees in Quebec.

Turkey Tail - Coriolus Versicolor

Coriolus grows year-round in temperate wooded areas. It stimulates the immune system and may help inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

Lion's Mane - Hydne hérisson

Native to North America, Europe, and Asia, it promotes nerve growth factor (NGF). Beneath its pom-pom appearance, it is a powerful cognitive stimulant, supporting focus, creativity, and memory.

Maëva’s career is a testament to her versatility and unwavering dedication. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Environment and Sustainable Development, she has consistently infused every project she leads with her core humanist and ecological values.

A true multi-talented professional, her experience spans from community work and team management to the creation of urban agriculture products. A naturalist at heart with boundless curiosity and an adventurous spirit, she decided to channel her ambition into her love for flavors. By launching MushUp, she has introduced a unique and bold concept that captivates through its innovation and authenticity.y

With several years of management experience and creativity stemming from her background in television production, Isabelle has put these assets front and center, channelling her epicurean tastes to develop innovative food businesses.
