Born from a unique collaboration between the coffee growers and roasters of Latitude Zéro and MushUp, Fusion #1 is a functional coffee that goes far beyond the experience of a simple coffee. Coming from permaculture cultivation in the heart of a fragile habitat in Ecuador, this coffee directly supports the protection of a wild ecosystem and the work of the growers who watch over its preservation. Roasted with expertise in Quebec, each bean is then infused using MushUp’s exclusive process with three adaptogenic mushrooms from our local forests. This fusion creates a rich, deep and vibrant cup, where the wild character of the coffee meets the functional power of the mushrooms.
